Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is responsible for strategic oversight, governance, and accountability. It translates the orientations of the General Assembly into strategic priorities, oversees organizational performance, and ensures sound management and ethical compliance.

The Board supports and supervises the Executive Direction, monitors programmatic and financial performance, and ensures that AIWO-CAN’s activities remain aligned with its mandate, donor requirements, and Indigenous rights-based principles.
